Notifications and account settings
Choose which notifications you receive in-app and by email, and update your profile, email address and password.
Notifications
- Open Notifications (bell) and click Settings.
- Turn notifications on or off and choose how often you get them (Instant, Hourly, Daily), for example:
- New Applications and First Application Milestone
- Traffic Spikes, Engagement Changes
- Deadline Approaching, No Applicants Warning, Low Conversion Warning
- ATS Inbox Reminders, Unread Feedback, Draft Campaign Reminders
- Use Mark All Read to clear your notification list.
In Account (settings) > Notifications you can also choose email notifications (Security Alerts, Platform Updates, Newsletter, Support) and thresholds for in-app rules, then click Save notification settings.
Profile, email and password
Open Account in the menu:
- Personal Information: name, phone and address, then Save.
- Email: click Change, enter the new email and your current password.
- Security: enter your Current password, New password and Repeat new password.
- Photo: upload a profile picture.
