Choose how candidates apply: form, WhatsApp or Instant Form
HireLab offers three ways to apply: the mobile application form on your job page, a WhatsApp chat, or a Meta Instant Form directly inside Facebook and Instagram.
When you create a campaign, the wizard asks How do candidates apply?
Full funnel (job page)
Your ads lead to a job page with all details. On the page, candidates apply with:
- Application form: the HireLab form on the page. You edit the questions under Form in the campaign header.
- WhatsApp chat: candidates apply in a WhatsApp conversation.
Meta Instant Form
Candidates apply in a short form inside Facebook or Instagram, without a job page. Choose a Meta form to use or copy. A WhatsApp screening afterwards is optional ("Ask additional questions after the Meta application").
For Instant Forms, HireLab needs a connected Meta account. If you see "No Meta account is connected", open Integrations > Meta Ads and connect first.
Where do applications go?
All applications arrive in the Candidates (ATS) section of the campaign, whichever method you choose.
Change the method later
Open the campaign and use How should candidates apply? in the campaign header.
