Add a job from a URL or write it with AI

Option 1: Paste a job URL

1. In Campaigns, click Create New Campaign and choose Job Campaign.
2. When asked "How would you like to add the job information?", choose to copy & paste from Indeed, LinkedIn or any job board.
3. Paste the link under Paste URL.
4. Answer Who are you hiring for? (this sets the perspective the AI writes from).
5. Click Create Campaign. HireLab reads the posting and creates the job page, form and ad content.

If the page cannot be read ("Failed to scrape URL"), check that the link is public and opens without a login, or use option 2.

Option 2: Fill it in with the guided wizard

1. Choose the guided wizard.
2. Enter the job title, department and language and pick a template (Choose Template).
3. Under Brief our AI Agent, describe the position, responsibilities and requirements, list Perks & Benefits and choose a Tone (for example Professional, Casual, Friendly).
4. Click Generate Content. Creating the campaign can take a minute.
5. Prefer to write everything yourself? Click Create without AI.

Reuse a saved template

In Select Template you can choose Reuse a saved template. You save templates from a page with Save as template.
