Set up your Brand Kit
The Brand Kit stores your logo, colors, fonts and company info. HireLab's Design AI applies it to every page you publish. Most of it can be filled in automatically by scanning your website.
Your Brand Kit makes sure every job page, form and ad looks like your company. You find it in the menu under Brand Kit; new accounts are guided through it after sign-up.
Fill in your company details
- Enter your Company Name and Company URL.
- Click Scan Website. HireLab reads your website and suggests your logo, fonts, brand colors and company information. Check the result: anything that could not be found (for example "No logo found, please upload manually...") can be added by hand.
- Add or edit the Company Information text.
Tell HireLab how you recruit
Under Recruitment setup choose:
- Employer: you recruit for your own organisation.
- Recruitment / Staffing Agency: you recruit for clients. You can also choose how clients are referred to and whether the client name is shown (VISIBLE, ANONYMOUS or Decide per job).
This decides the perspective from which HireLab AI writes your job content.
Logo, fonts and colors
- Upload your Company Logo (SVG, PNG, JPG or GIF). Horizontal logos without much white space look best.
- Choose fonts for Title Style, H2, H3 Style and Body Style.
- Set your Primary Color, Secondary Color and Tertiary Color in the Color Palette.
- Click Save & Publish.
You can leave the setup with Exit to dashboard and continue later.
